Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, freeze affected accounts, void associated coin balances, and deny or reverse any redemption connected to prohibited activity. These measures apply whether or not the conduct was intentional.

Termination and General Provisions

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.
